Can recommend for a short staycation

Charming hotel, delightful atmosphere, featuring a beautiful courtyard and attentive staff who made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. An ideal location just a couple of blocks from the main square and ready access to the roundtrip airport shuttle.

The central location is unbeatable, just a couple blocks from the main square, while the hacienda feels like a serene escape from the bustling streets. Loved the personal touches in our room that enhanced the stay. However, the room lacked ventilation and had a musty smell, making it feel overpriced for what we received. The dining experience was excellent, though quite costly for the region.

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is ideal, right near the bustling Arch street. The courtyards are stunning and tranquil. Staff provided excellent service throughout. Dining was a highlight with delicious meals and entertainment.

However, they skimped on the little essentials like Kleenex and bottled water. Had to hit the store for that! Also, the bathroom could use a bit of scrubbing and the shower floor was a slippery adventure!

Our group had a fantastic time here! The location was perfect—easy access to the main square and a lovely courtyard. We even enjoyed cycling tours and horseback riding nearby. The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. The food and ambiance were great, especially in the restaurant.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, friendly 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar/lounge. I still remember how the staff helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. Highly recommend!

The lack of air conditioning can be a bit uncomfortable if you're there in warm weather, leaving rooms feeling hot at times. Also, bathrooms show signs of wear, such as needing scrubbing and fresh caulking. Some slippery shower tiles that are worth noting for safety. Lastly, no bottled water was provided, and despite having filtered water available, it might leave some guests feeling uneasy about their hydration options.

The food was always superb, and we

ate all our meals there during our stay. The staff was friendly, and the location made it easy to explore. However, we faced a few issues with noise from other guests that disturbed our sleep.
